Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
Yes, we offer local delivery within a 15-mile radius of our flagship bakery and free in-store pickup during regular business hours.
What is your policy on returns or damaged items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are there gluten-free or vegan options available?
We have a dedicated selection of gluten-free and vegan pastries. Please note that while we take precautions, all items are prepared in a facility that also handles wheat, dairy, and nuts.
Can I place a custom order for an event?
Absolutely! For custom cakes or large catering orders, please fill out our contact form at least 7 days in advance so we can accommodate your specific needs.
